Green smoothies are a great way to get your daily amount of greens, veggies and fruit! Try one of these delicious recipes for a fresh star of a day.
Smoothie 1:
1 apple (organic)
½ cucumber
a stick of celery
½ avocado
a handful of fresh spinach
3 tbsp lemon juice
water/sparkling water
Smoothie 2:
1 pear
a handful of kale
some rucola
some spinach
3 tbsp lemon juice
water/sparkling water
Smoothie 3:
1 banana, apple or pear
1 dl berries (raspberries, blueberries, lingonberries, strawberries…)
big handful of spinach, rucola or other greens
2 tbsp hemp seeds
water/sparkling water
Choose your favourite combination, blend everything together and enjoy!
